I’ve purchased 50+ cars as a car enthusiast over the years which has put me in front of some of the slimes of the industry. Without doubt, not even close, my salesman at Devoe Cadillac, Michael Taubes and sales managers Danny were the two most professional guys I’ve dealt with buying a vehicle. The type of guys you’d go grab a cocktail with and not try to escape their presence. First off, Michael’s attention to detail and follow up are unsurpassed. So often, you ask a question and when a salesman says they’ll get back to you it goes into a black hole. Michael followed up on every single question I had in an expeditious manner. He knows the product he sells inside and out. They also were not vultures. Their product and the service they provided to support the vehicle were hand in hand. No acts of desperation like gotta close the deal by 5 PM or hidden junk fees, etc. This is a stand up dealer and as someone who has Cadillac dealers far closer to me if my Escalade proves to be everything I hope it will be I will make the trip to do business here again because this is simply how it should be. So refreshing to feel appreciated and dealt with by true professionals and not Sleezeballs. Well done guys!

I’m sooo happy with the service I received here. They made sure to cover all bases on my Escalade and took the correct amount of time to complete the jobs it needed. Oh and they let me use a loaner while my vehicle was getting fixed. My advisor is Ben. He was very informative and kept me updated on my vehicle. I’d definitely be back if I need any service done or if I’m ready to trade my vehicle in.

Overall, genuinely NICE salesman to work with. The sales manager is a great asset to the company as well along with Mike! Kudos to Ken too! They took the time to walk me through all the details, answer my questions, and ensure I felt confident with my purchase.
