Review the 2026 Cadillac Sedan Model Lineup

  • Three core models – and five total variants – make up the 2026 Cadillac sedan model lineup.
  • The CT4 is small yet endlessly sophisticated with its wireless cabin.
  • A CT4 V-Series is a high-performance commuter with a gorgeous V-6.
  • The CT5 hides serious engine strength inside its four-door sedan frame.
  • A CT5 V-Series revs like a street-legal racer without skimping on comforts.
  • CELESTIQ power is all-electric, and its design is bespoke for one-of-a-kind style.

What's New in 2026?

Over the course of their century-long legacy, Cadillac sedan models have set new standards of American luxury. Cadillacs don't just shimmer in our DeVoe Cadillac showroom, wrap you in elegant upholstery, and place high-tech systems within ergonomic reach; they also bolster your confidence at every curve with their high-performance engines.

In 2026, Cadillac sedans are upping their illustrious game with Hands-free Super Cruise™ in almost every trim,1 plus these model-specific upgrades:

  • Cadillac CT4 and CT4-V: Expect standard heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and fresh Vibrant White Tricoat and Coastal Blue Metallic paint colors for these compact Cadillac siblings.
  • Cadillac CT5 and CT5-V: The CT5 duo sports new paint options in the form of Vibrant White Tricoat, Coastal Blue Metallic, and Cyber Yellow Metallic.
  • CELESTIQ: The electric CELESTIQ has simplified its made-to-order process with a single MSRP for all exterior and interior mix-and-match design choices.

The Future of Cadillac Sedans

According to Cadillac, the compact CT4 will take its final bow in 2026, so if this sedan has been on your radar and you've yet to pull the trigger, now is the time. The brand also confirmed that the Cadillac CT5 ICE-powered sedan will return in a reimagined form. Want a quick CT4 vs. CT5 comparison? Scroll down to our chart below. The electrified CELESTIQ will be continuing as well, and although nothing has been announced, we would love to see additional EV sedans join the Cadillac family in the future.

Discover Your Favorite Cadillac Sedan Models

Driving a new Cadillac sedan is a full-body experience, one that engages all the senses and reminds you why on-road travel can be the pinnacle of adventure. Let's explore each of the 2026 Cadillac sedan models to see which variant will be accompanying you through the next chapter of your life!

Cadillac CT4

The CT4 may be small in size, but it's wildly sophisticated. This will be the last production year for this model, so if you want to commute in a fully wireless cabin with a three-spoke leather steering wheel and rich faux leather or real leather seats, come see us at DeVoe Cadillac to explore the Cadillac CT4 and its three trim levels. You can design your CT4 with a standard 237-horsepower engine or upgrade to the 310-horsepower setup for even bigger torque.

Cadillac CT4

Cadillac CT4 V-Series

We're sad to say goodbye to the souped-up Cadillac CT4-V, mostly because it's hard not to love a car that's small enough to park in almost any parallel space and unleashes up to 472 horsepower on the open road. The Cadillac CT4-V is available in V-Series and V-Series Blackwing trim levels. Build it with manual shifting for an ethereal driver-to-road connection or an automatic gearbox to gain Adaptive Remote Start and paddle shifters. Leather upholstery outfits the CT4-V cabin, along with a Bose® or AKG® sound system.

Cadillac CT4 V-Series

Cadillac CT5

This midsize sedan is anything but a typical family car. Sure, it seats five people and leaves enough legroom for car seats, but take one look at the 33-inch color LED display that wraps the dashboard in touchscreen technology, and you'll feel less like a parent and more like a business mogul. We recommend opting for the CT5's larger 3.0-liter V-6 for next-level performance, even with toddlers asleep in the back seat. The UltraView sunroof also makes a gorgeous addition, bathing both rows in sunlight.

Cadillac CT5

Cadillac CT5 V-Series

The Cadillac CT5-V is truly a dream machine. CT5 V-Series and V-Series Blackwing interiors are opulent with heated and ventilated front seats, and a 33-inch screen graces the dash. Need more reasons to sign a CT5-V lease in Florida? Crisp manual and auto transmissions are available on this V-Series beast, while Brembo® high-performance brakes generate incredible stopping power. The CT5-V Blackwing launches forward with the strength of 668 stallions.

Cadillac CT5 V-Series

Cadillac CELESTIQ

If you crave bespoke Cadillac sedan models, the 2026 CELESTIQ is your winner. Without ever setting foot in the factory, you can "hand-craft" your CELESTIQ by selecting any combination of paint, upholstery, and features. The only unchangeable aspect of this unique creation is its 655-horsepower electric motor setup.

A Closer Look at Blackwing Four-Door Performance Sedans

As we mentioned above, the Cadillac CT4-V and CT5-V are available in two trim levels: a standard, entry model, and a Blackwing edition. The Blackwing moniker comes from the original Cadillac logo that featured black merlettes, sometimes referred to as the "black ducks" of the Cadillac legacy. Symbolizing heritage and power, Blackwing engines are V-6 or hand-built V-8 configurations primed for speed.

Custom Launch Control is integrated into every 2026 Blackwing design for full-throttle track acceleration from a standing start. A high-performance suspension improves control and steering response, and LED front cornering lamps aim into turns as you whip around corners.

CT4-V Blackwing

The CT4-V Blackwing relies on a 3.6-liter twin-turbo V-6 and 445 pound-feet of torque to create its 0-60 rate of 3.9 seconds. This powerhouse maxes out at a top speed of 189 mph and measures 4/10 of an inch longer than the non-Blackwing CT4-V. We'll discuss the CT5-V Blackwing below so you can compare CT4 vs. CT5 Blackwing specs and features, but first, here's an overview of the CT4-V Blackwing's interior perks:

  • Jet Black, Natural Tan, or Sky Cool Gray leather seats
  • Performance, high-performance, or ventilated front row
  • Natural Tan or Torch Red seat belts
CT4-V Blackwing

CT5-V Blackwing

The most thrilling of our Cadillac sedan models is the CT5-V Blackwing, the only Cadillac V-8 sedan in the lineup. Rest assured that with CT5-V Blackwing specifications like 668 horsepower, a 3.4-second 0-60, and a shocking top speed that passes 200 mph on the track, each drive is extra spicy. On the inside, the CT5-V Blackwing sports:

  • Jet Black, Natural Tan, or Sky Cool Gray seats
  • Leather or full semi-aniline leather upholstery
  • Performance or high-performance front bucket seats
  • Natural Tan or Torch Red seat belts

Are Sedans Making a Comeback?

SUVs have surged in popularity in recent years, and this fascination with higher seating and more flexible cabins isn't likely to end – but there's something to be said for a luxury sedan like the CT4, CT5, and CELESTIQ, Cadillac sedan models that are continually proving their worth in such a sport-ute-heavy landscape. With Cadillac and nearly every other automaker reducing the number of sedans they produce, only time will tell if the American driver will increase demand for non-SUV models.

Piloting a sedan offers a timeless driving experience, one that has its roots in the very first three-wheeled, gas-powered Benz Patent-Motorwagen of 1885. Modern sedans also provide advantages that many SUVs can't, including lighter frames for superior fuel economy and lower price points with more accessible monthly payments. Cadillac cars are even being raced in this year's Formula 1® Grand Prix events!

Cadillac Sedan Models vs. Coupes

Before we conclude this digital tour of Cadillac sedan models, we'd like to take a moment to discuss the differences between sedan vs. coupe body styles. Many of our DeVoe Cadillac customers wonder if they should purchase a new luxury sedan or a pre-owned luxury coupe, and this is how we help them decide.

Cadillac Sedans

Sedans are four-door cars focused on comfort, typically offering ample rear passenger space and cargo capacity. Most sedans seat five passengers and tend to be the more practical choice. The 2026 Cadillac family features only SUVs and sedans.

Cadillac Coupes

Coupes are usually sporty two-door, four-seater models that focus on premium handling. The Cadillac brand is known for its popular Coupe de Ville and El Dorado, two coupe options that exited production in the early 2000s and can occasionally still be found in our dealership's pre-owned inventory.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Cadillac still make sedans?

Yes, Cadillac still makes sedans, and the brand will continue to produce them. Although the compact Cadillac CT4 will retire after 2026, the midsize luxury CT5 is scheduled to return next year with a revitalized gas powertrain. The all-electric CELESTIQ, an ultra-luxe car that is available by inquiry only, will remain in the Cadillac sedan models family as well.

What is the biggest Cadillac sedan?

Historically, the biggest Cadillac sedan ever made was the Cadillac Fleetwood 75, an iconic car that measured 252.2 inches long and held nine passengers during its 1974 to 1976 model years. Currently, the largest Cadillac sedan models are the CELESTIQ at 217.2 inches long – that's longer than a standard Escalade – and the CT5 V-Series at 194.9 inches long.

Does Cadillac make an EV sedan?

Yes, Cadillac makes one EV sedan, the CELESTIQ. This ultra-luxury work of art is available by inquiry only and can be uniquely tailored to your desired specifications. The luxury CELESTIQ can be ordered by working alongside a DeVoe Cadillac concierge to select your preferred paint, upholstery, and technology. Every CELESTIQ is powered by dual electric motors and 655 horsepower.

What is the difference between Cadillac CT4 and CT5?

The primary differences between the CT4 and CT5 are size and performance. Compare CT4 vs. CT5 specs, and it's clear that the CT5, particularly with its V-6 engine and standard Super Cruise™,1 is more powerful and automated than its smaller sibling. The CT5 also offers slightly more trunk space, but both models have 42.4 inches of front legroom.

How much horsepower does Cadillac Blackwing have?

Cadillac makes two Blackwing trims, each with different horsepower (hp) scores: The Cadillac CT4 V-Series Blackwing uses a 3.6-liter twin turbo V-6 engine to churn out 472 horsepower and 445 pound-feet of torque. The CT5 V-Series Blackwing is fitted with an even more muscular 6.2-liter supercharged V-8 that explodes off the line with 668 horsepower and 659 pound-feet of torque.

I was shopping nationwide for a CT4-V Blackwing. Jeremiah Harrison immediately contacted me, much quicker than any other dealer. He worked with me regarding the price of the vehicle and shipping it to NC. Combined, they were satisfactory for me. The car arrived with some slight paint damage. When informed, the dealership worked with me to have it repaired at a local shop. The entire process from initial contact to repair was easy. I have purchased other vehicles online, and they did not compare to the service I received from Devoe. I will look to them again for my future vehicle purchases.

My personal experience with Devoe Cadillac was excellent from start to finish. I'm big on customer service and integrity. I inquired about a vehicle through the dealer's website, and the next day I received a friendly reply from Marc offering his assistance. I asked for an out the door (OTD) quote on a vehicle which I had interest in purchasing. The next day Marc sent me a Buyer's Deal Worksheet, detailing the cost, including taxes and fees. The deal was reasonable, so I made an appointment to see the vehicle a couple of days later, due to the vehicle was still in-transit. The vehicle arrived on-time as mentioned and I arrived from out of town 2 days later. Marc had the vehicle prepared for my arrival on Saturday 11 May 2024, and the rest is history. Everything about the Dealship Management, Salesman, Detail Shop and Finance Manger was outstanding. There was no price gouging or deviating from the Buyer;s Deal Worksheet which we agreed upon prior to arriving at the Dealership. No pressuring from the Finance Manager to sell additional packages, just a professional atmosphere all-around. Again, my experience with Devoe Cadillac was excellent from start to finish, and me and my 2024 CT5 Blackwing started our trip back up the road. I would highly recommend Devoe Cadillac as your next stop to purchase a vehicle at a honest and fair price.

It's a crazy time to buy a new car these days. Everything I was interested in was priced well above sticker here in Tampa. I had been searching for the right CT4-V Blackwing and DeVoe had over a dozen of them! I got in contact with Peter, in new car sales, and he made it worth the 150 mile drive south! The EXACT car I was looking for was there and it was priced well UNDER sticker price! Peter and the finance guy Ken were an absolute pleasure to work with. No pressure. No hassles. No games. No $5000 "paint protection" scam. Just a great deal on a great car. So refreshing! I highly recommend taking the trip down to DeVoe if you're tired of big city games and dealer markups.
