JIM LOMBARDO. Remember that name. Why? Because Jim was my Cadillac salesman that I encountered yesterday and my transaction with him and DeVoe still resonates with me even now. I went in to trade up to a new XT6 from my XT5. I was informed Cadillac stopped making that car in 2025. Jim asked if I would ever consider an Electric Vehicle. I replied ""never"". He smiled and said that I might be surprised with no pressure by Jim. I said why not, took it for a test and my life changed on that drive. I drove a new 2026 Cadillac Lyric EV and I was so impressed I bought it with no hesitation. This vehicle a piece of automotive art as well as a giant computer on four wheels. They say this is the future and now I know why. Back to Jim Lombardo for a second. I am from the Chicago suburbs and bought many Cadillacs from those dealers. The difference between Jim and those other salesman is night and day. Jim treated me like a family member. (I am not a family member). Zero pressure to buy and that mattered to me. I do not like a hard sell and that is not Jim's style anyway. FYI, their finance guy was all class as well. His computer where I signed everything electronically was on a huge desktop that I have never seen. These guys are so high tech. Very cool. Once my lease was approved, Jim spent at least an hour with me learning how to use this state of the art technology. Simply amazing. I should mention DeVoe Cadillac as well. There is an ambiance there that exudes class. The owner should be proud of what he has created because I would refer anyone to this dealership. I really don't write reviews like this unless I am so impressed I can't help myself. Jim Lombardo is your guy. You want a Cadillac talk with him. I forgot how to turn my car off last night at 9:30 so I called Jim. He laughed and told me just what to do with the push of a button. Who does that? Jim does. Thank you Jim Lombardo and thank you DeVoe Cadillac. You are my new gold standard.

I had the absolute best purchasing experience. My Sales Rep was Nick DiNicola and is attention to detail was the best I have experienced in a long time. This was my first electric car, so naturally I had a lot of questions. I never got BS answers, I got the facts. I even called Cadillac’s electric concierge service and Nick was so much more knowledgeable than them. I cannot give a higher recommendation than five stars but Nick surely deserves it.
