Purchased CT4 from DeVoe Cadillac Naples this week. Celeste was the sales rep and she was wonderful. Everything was handled quickly and seamlessly. Celeste explained the tech for the vehicle very clearly and patiently. Highly recommend this dealership. Cadillac’s CT4 is a gorgeous car and fun to drive.

Jim Lombardo was my salesman. He got me set up in one day remotely and a prepped my new CT4 and waited until after closing for me. He rescued me from a bad experience and has been incredibly responsive , friendly and helpful. I couldn't be happier with his sales service!

It's a crazy time to buy a new car these days. Everything I was interested in was priced well above sticker here in Tampa. I had been searching for the right CT4-V Blackwing and DeVoe had over a dozen of them! I got in contact with Peter, in new car sales, and he made it worth the 150 mile drive south! The EXACT car I was looking for was there and it was priced well UNDER sticker price! Peter and the finance guy Ken were an absolute pleasure to work with. No pressure. No hassles. No games. No $5000 "paint protection" scam. Just a great deal on a great car. So refreshing! I highly recommend taking the trip down to DeVoe if you're tired of big city games and dealer markups.

I was shopping nationwide for a CT4-V Blackwing. Jeremiah Harrison immediately contacted me, much quicker than any other dealer. He worked with me regarding the price of the vehicle and shipping it to NC. Combined, they were satisfactory for me. The car arrived with some slight paint damage. When informed, the dealership worked with me to have it repaired at a local shop. The entire process from initial contact to repair was easy. I have purchased other vehicles online, and they did not compare to the service I received from Devoe. I will look to them again for my future vehicle purchases.

What an Amazing Experience is an Understatement here at Deveo Cadillac!!! Typically going to buy a car is so stressful, taking hours of sitting waiting, going back and forth, but this was so much different!!! We live in CT, our son goes to school in Boca and our salesman Dwight and Jim the finance manager went above and beyond treating us like family!!! A 2020 Cadillac CT4, I never saw the car in person, Dwight was on the phone sending videos, then FaceTime and made this process simply unbelievable!!! Never have I ever thought I would have felt this comfortable to make such a big decision, buying a car without even seeing it!!! Jim was on the phones with me getting credit taken care of, electronic signatures, FedEx packages and having the car waiting for our son to see for the 1st time!!! Dwight and Jim made sure our son felt comfortable, took him out with the car and made sure the tank was full of gas before he was on his way back to school!!! If you are looking to buy a car, Trust is Everything, and I can promise you, this will be an Experience you’ll never forget!!! Thank you Dwight and Jim for truly being Amazing!!!
