Steve Whittaker—Service Manager
A Naples native, Steve joined the DeVoe Cadillac family in 1998, bringing with him more than 23 years of experience in the automotive industry. He spent 20 years as an ASE Certified Master Technician and is an Isuzu Certified Technician. Steve and his wife, Marisol, who also works at our Collision Center, have 4 children – Kristina, Jorgie, Stephanie, and baby Alyssa. John Guadi—Service Lane Supervisor
Hailing originally from Hazleton, PA, John’s extensive background in the automotive industry is played down by his role in the service drive, overseeing the ever-busy daily activities where he has flourished since 2000. In his 39 years of overall experience, he spent 2 years in Auto Racing and Development in the Kit Car industry, 12 years in the Auto Salvage Industry, and 25 years in Dealerships in body shop and service capacities. His playful attitude and perma-smile make him a favorite of his coworkers. His hobbies include motorcycles, cigars, golf, and anything to do with cars. John has a wife, Rachel and a daughter, Jenna. Tom Draper—Warranty Administrator
With 34 years in the Automotive Industry, Tom joined the DeVoe Automotive family in 1994 to maintain and execute Warranty communications and issues with General Motors for the service departments at both the Cadillac/Saab/Hummer location and the PBG location. Tom has various accreditation and certifications and is a tremendous wealth of knowledge to the DeVoe organization. Originally from Saginaw, MI, Tom enjoys playing tennis, golfing and working out in his spare time. He and his wife Debbie have a daughter named Elizabeth. Ben Hunseder—Service Advisor Emeritus
Ben joined the DeVoe Cadillac team back in 1968. He moved his family down from Cincinnati, OH, to Naples and came to work for Dick DeVoe shortly thereafter. He spent his entire career helping customers feel that they were a part of the DeVoe family by exceeding their expectations regularly. You can find Ben on the service drive to this day, where he makes sure everything is in working order, just as Mr. DeVoe would like it. As Ben transitions towards retirement, the DeVoe Automotive family reassures him his customers will continue to receive excellent service. Torrey Tammaro—Service Advisor
Torrey joined the DeVoe Automotive family in 2005, bringing his 20 years of automotive experience to the Service Drive. He is a GM Certified Service Advisor and enjoys working with out of town clientele just as much as the locals. Torrey likes spending his free time on cars, computers, boats, and helping out on Habitat for Humanity projects, a popular past time for several of his coworkers. Gary Cox—Service Advisor
Gary came to the Cadillac location because of his Saab experience when the two locations merged in 2009. He has more than 40 years experience in the Automotive Industry and joined up with DeVoe in 2005. Gary is from Farmland, IN, and is a Certified Service Manager, a Certified Parts Manager, was the Director of Fixed Operations and is a Certified Service Advisor for DeVoe. A General Motors Service Consultant, Tony joined DeVoe Cadillac in 2009 and brings nearly 18 years of experience with him. Tony’s high energy and strong work ethic make him a favorite on the service drive. When he isn’t making sure your service needs are exceeded, he enjoys gaming, fishing, boating and working out. Vicki joins the DeVoe family and brings with her over 27 years in the automotive industry. She owned and operated her own collision repair business in beautiful Bonita Springs. Her family includes five children and seven grandchildren whom she truly adores. She enjoys boating, fishing, and motorcycle riding. Kyle is a recent addition the DeVoe family. He was recently honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps where he served our country as a courageous Sergeant. Benji recently transferred to the Cadillac Hummer Saab store. A dedicated employee of the DeVoe family for over twenty years we are ecstatic to welcome her to our Naples location. Joining the #1 Certified Pre-owned Cadillac dealership in the nation, Agnes sets your service appointments for your convenience. She is certified in bookkeeping and accounting and currently attending Hodges University where she is studying computer information technologies. She is an experienced customer service representative as well. She moved to Naples 20 years ago from Hungary where she was born. She is the proud mother of Bianca as you can tell when she talks about her. The DeVoe Cadillac team is proud to welcome her to our family.

Tim joins the world renowned DeVoe family from North Miami Beach. He loves driving the beautiful cars that enter in our service drive everyday. Having worked for several valet services in the Miami and Naples area you can always be assured that he will treat your car with loving care. Andy is a recent addition to our service drive. He is a graduate of Golden Gate High School. Customer service has always been his strong point. Tom Kozlow—Service Technician
A sixteen year veteran of DeVoe Automotive, Tom brings twenty-three years of technician experience to his job at the Cadillac location. He is Master Certified and is both Silver and Gold trained in the “Cadillac Mark of Excellence”. Tom is originally from Bolingbrook, IL but has been in Naples for years with his lovely wife, Sandee and daughter, Abigail. In his free time, Tom enjoys fishing, drag racing, and spending time with his daughter.

Nearly a Naples native, Ed was born in Middlebury, CT, and has spent most of his life enjoying the Naples area. Ed has been with DeVoe for eighteen years, but has more than thirty-three years of experience with servicing vehicles. A highly trained and certified technician, he is certified to work on a variety of vehicles.

Jerry Koslow—Service Technician
Jerry joined the DeVoe Automotive Service department in 1988 and is another key component to our highly trained and loyal service staff. A Master Technician, he has specific GM training with the XLR and the Cadillac Hybrid lines. When he isn’t boating or surfing, Jerry, originally from Edison, NJ, spends time with his daughter, Taryn, who is not only on the Dean’s list for the second straight year at UCF, she is the starting setter for the UCF Volleyball team.

John Hernandez—Service Technician
John has spent all his life working with cars, and has enjoyed working as a Certified Service Technician for DeVoe since 1997. His bright smile and great sense of humor make him a pleasure to work with. His hobbies include racing four-wheelers, building model cars, and he is soon to be married to his fiancé.

Matt Beer—Service Technician
In May of 2010, Matt will be a fourteen year veteran of DeVoe Automotive, and he has become a prized technician in that span. He is Master Certified in ASE and is a technician team leader, proving his leadership skills are as good as his technical skills. He enjoys drag racing, ice hockey and like many others in Naples, he enjoys golfing. Originally from Petoskey, MI, he plays for the Southwest Florida Fire Fighters ice hockey team, which participates in various charity hockey games throughout the Southeastern United States. Mark Chaffee—Service Technician-Hummer Master Certified on Hummer H-1, H-2, and H-3's
We are the only dealership in SWFL that has on staff Master Certified Hummer Technicians and the only dealership that is authorized to do warranty work by GM
Mark is a 14 year veteran of DeVoe Automotive, joining the team back in 1996. In his twenty-five years of automotive experience, Mark is Master ASE Certified in Body Shop mechanical repair, a Certified Truck repair Technician and a multiple year Gold Level Mark of Excellence Technician. Mark is a native of Manhattan, KS, and he likes backpacking, rock climbing and spending time with his wife and three boys. Mark gives to his community by being a Boy Scout Assistant Scoutmaster, the BSA District Committee Chair for Camping, and a member of First United Methodist Church in Naples.

Gary Schofield—Service Technician
One of our Master Technicians, Gary has been working on vehicles for more than thirty-five years and joined DeVoe Automotive in 2005. Gary is originally from Norwalk, CT. He has eight ASE Certifications and is a factory trained Mazda Master Technician. Originally from Bronx, NY, Mike brought six years of experience with him when he joined up with DeVoe in 2006. He has received GM top training honors and is a certified technician at DeVoe Cadillac. Mike enjoys cars, fishing, boating, motocross, and racing R/C cars with his boys, AJ and Mikey.

Matt Murphy—Service Technician
Originally from Milwaukee, WI, Matt joined the DeVoe Automotive family in 2003 and brings over fifteen years of experience to the table. ASE Certified in Brakes, Engine, Suspension, Performance and Manual Transmission, Matt is a “go to man” in the service department. When he isn’t at work, he enjoys fishing, racquetball, and lifting weights to stay fit. He also likes to help Haitian Orphanages at various functions.

Steve joined to DeVoe Automotive Group in 1998. He is ASE Master Certified, GM Certified, and his forte is making sure that your Cadillac’s drivability is perfect. John Mullins—Pre-Delivery Inspection Technician
John is a valued member of the DeVoe family for over 25 years. He is known as our PDI Technician. He makes sure that all new Cadillac’s received are in tip top shape for your inspection. He studied at the Nashville Auto and Diesel Technical College located in Nashville, Tennessee. He and his wife Amy of 18 years are originally from Huntington West Virginia and have two sons, Cade and Garrett. The Mullens family is very active in their church, First Baptist of Naples. They enjoy golfing, windsurfing, and the beautiful beaches in our area. John was recently recognized in our local paper, Naples Daily News as a guardian angel when he stopped to aid an elderly couple stranded on Golden Gate Boulevard in their car. Alfonso attended Immokalee High School and trade school at the Lorenzo Walker Institute here in Naples. He has been at DeVoe for over 3 years now and enjoys company cookouts! Josh recently graduated from the University Technical Institute in Orlando, Florida with honors. His hobbies include studying, car races and spending time with his family. Bill Krum—Shuttle Driver
Bill is an important part of our customer focused environment at DeVoe Cadillac. He picks up and drops off DeVoe Cadillac service customers at their homes, servicing the region to the north of the dealership since 2006. Bill always has an interesting story to share and has even gone out of his way to take customers to the market on their way home. Originally from Lehighton, PA, Bill and his wife of forty-eight years enjoy golfing, cooking and reading. He has four children and eight grandchildren and he is an Ambassador at the Naples Chamber of Commerce.

Larry is the other friendly face that shuttles service customers to and from their homes when their cars come in for service. Larry’s territory lies south of the dealership, serving our customers in Marco Island. He has been with DeVoe Automotive since 2003, but is a retired and decorated Air Force veteran of fifty-five years, where he worked on automotive vehicles and aircraft. When not on the job, he loves to spend his time boating or with his grandkids. He is originally from Wayne, OH.

Originally from Mexico City, Mexico, Noe has lived in beautiful Naples for seventeen years. He is a graduate of The Lorenzo Walker Institute of Technology in Automotive Technology. Noe began working with The DeVoe Automotive Group in 2009. He enjoys spending time with his family, close friends and especially enjoys going to car shows.
