As General Manager of the Cadillac store, Mark led the Cadillac team during many of the years they were ranked among the top ten in sales in the nation. Mark credits his incredibly talented team for their accomplishments. Mark proudly considers his employees part of his extended family, and has for his total of twenty years spent as a part of the DeVoe Automotive family. He has been a Cadillac "Master" Manager since 1989 and brings more than 26 years of experience with the automotive industry to his daily operations. He calls Cincinnati his hometown, but has been in Naples for nearly twenty-seven years. With his wife, four children, and their dog, Britches, they enjoy fishing, boating, watching football (especially the Florida Gators) and NASCAR on TV.

Tim started his automotive career twenty-three years ago and joined up with the DeVoe Automotive family four years ago as our trained and Certified Cadillac New Car Sales Manager. He brings a sense of peace and order to the sales floor during our very busy seasonal months. Tim is from Highland, IN. He and his wife have several children who are growing up too fast, but to whom he is very devoted. Tim supports and promotes others to support our local businesses, particularly our local delicious restaurants.

Pete joined the DeVoe Cadillac family in 2006, but you get the feeling that he's been family for much longer than that. Pete comes from a long line of family dealers in Mansfield, OH, has spent twenty-four years in a family run business and understands the unique dynamic that exists in the organization, where we value each and every one of our customers. Sue is a 20 year employee of DeVoe Automotive, with twenty-five years in total automotive experience. Originally from Southfield, MI, Sue is also trained in Finance as a manager and her knowledge of the entire organization makes her a priceless part of the DeVoe Automotive family. When Sue isn't running things behind the scenes, she loves being on or near the beaches of Naples and attending her son Connor's sporting events. Her husband Mike is very involved with "The First Tee" of Naples and enjoys coaching their son and his golf team at Pelican Marsh Elementary.

New to the DeVoe team, Tony brings eighteen years of experience to the sales floor from his prior experience with dealerships in the Northeast. His extensive training in finance began in 1993 and includes attending GMAC specific training, the Pat Ryan School of Finance training, David Lewis Finance training and Target Dealer Service training. He is a member of AFFIP. When Tony isn't busy helping customers get the financing that fits their lifestyle, he enjoys football and the lovely Naples Beaches. He has a wife and two boys, and is looking forward to getting involved with the Naples community in youth services, coaching hockey or baseball and helping out at church as he did in Newton, Massachusetts for the last thirteen years.

Originally from Charlotte, NC, Autumn is the warm welcome you receive when calling or visiting the DeVoe Cadillac showroom. A member of the DeVoe team for five years, she has worked in nearly every department of the dealership, from titles and accounting to service greeting to Finance, and brings that knowledge to her everyday interactions with customers. She and her "better half" enjoy miniature golf, bowling, cooking, reading, riding bikes, and being outdoors in general, especially at the Naples beaches.

A Naples native, Steve joined the DeVoe Cadillac family in 1998, bringing with him more than 23 years of experience in the automotive industry. He spent 20 years as an ASE Certified Master Technician and is an Isuzu Certified Technician. Steve and his wife, Marisol, who also works at our Collision Center, have 4 children: Kristina, Jorgie, Stephanie, and baby Alyssa. When Steve isn't with his family, enjoying his boat, camping or golfing, he likes to work with Habitat for Humanity.

Ron joined The DeVoe Automotive Group in 1984. That makes him a twenty eight year veteran. He is extremely knowledgeable in the automotive industry specializing in Cadillac's. He has won numerous GM awards and also a member of the elite Cadillac Crest Club. Ron and his wife are originally from Columbus, Ohio.

John is another powerhouse on our Cadillac sales force with forty-three years of experience in the automotive industry and sixteen years under his belt at DeVoe. He has received the Cadillac Mark of Excellence, has GM Training certifications, and is SAAB and HUMMER certified as well. When he isn't selling or talking cars, he's often found on the golf course. He and his wife of forty-five years have three daughters and seven grandchildren who they try to spend as much time with as possible. John is originally from Canonsburg, PA, and volunteers for the Church of the Resurrection in Naples.

Gary has been with Cadillac for twenty-three years, and has shared seventeen of those years with DeVoe Cadillac. In his career, he has ranked as high as #1 in the Nation for sales, and the Cadillac Crest Club ranked him in the top twenty-five in the country on several occasions. Originally from Allentown, PA, Gary has a degree in Marketing from the University of Miami. He enjoys playing tennis and golfing with his wife of twenty-three years, Cindy. Together they have two sons and two grandchildren. Gary served on the Board of Directors for the National Kidney Foundation, Make A Wish Foundation and the United Way and enjoys volunteering his time to the their causes.

A veteran of DeVoe for twenty years, Tom is one of our most loyal employees and most knowledgeable sales consultants. In his thirty-three years in the automotive industry, Tom attended the GM University of Automotive Management and has received the GM Mark of Excellence multiple times. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Tom enjoys golf, cars, playing poker, computers, hockey and, of course, football. Tom can often be found in the stands at the Naples High football games supporting the Golden Eagles, as well as his Philadelphia Eagles. Tom is married with three stepchildren and two grandchildren. He participates in the West Coast Muscle Car Club, as a past board member

For the last ten years, Galen has been making a name for himself and for DeVoe by consistently performing above and beyond, both on and off the sales floor. He brings a whopping forty-five years of experience to the team, and his customers all agree, his knowledge of cars helps them choose the right vehicle. As a Columbus, OH native, Galen enjoys golfing, fishing and most of all, watching Ohio State football! He and his wife Diane have three children, Michael, Brian and Lauren, and three grandchildren whom they adore. In the past several years, Galen dressed up as Santa Clause for the children at his wife's daycare center, and looks forward to it each year.

As a veteran DeVoe employee, Dave brings thirty years of experience to our already experienced Pre-owned staff and shares eighteen of those years with DeVoe. He is a member of the Cadillac Crest Club, a award bestowed on accredited salesmen. Dave can often be found using his many talents in theater to entertain his coworkers and, when not in the office, can be found entertaining Naples at the Community Theater with the Naples Players. He considers himself blessed to have five daughters and fourteen grandchildren.

A highly accredited and valuable addition to the Pre-owned sales staff, Dwight has received the Pontiac Sales Guild Award, the Buick Sales Master Award, the GMC Sales Guild Award, and the Cadillac Mark of Excellence, as a result of his twenty-four years of experience in the automotive industry. Dwight is a pleasure to be around and has been building a loyal clientele in the last seven years here at DeVoe. When he isn't on the sales floor, he enjoys golfing, gardening and sports in general. He and his wife Donna have a son, David, a dog, Samba and a cat named Lilly.

One of our most loyal employees, Dick Knesbeck has been with DeVoe for twenty-eight of his fifty-five years in the automotive business. To say Dick knows a few things about cars is an understatement. He has been salesman of the month and salesman of the year more times than he can remember. In all his years of car sales, Dick was at one point averaging thirty-five+ cars a month. When he isn?t selling cars, Dick enjoys relaxing and fishing. Dick and his wife Barbara have a son, Richard, a daughter, Kim, and four grandchildren, whom they love very much.

Born in the Dominican Republic, Lemmy came to the United States in 2006 to complete his education. He is a true Cadillac fan. He loves to drive all of the new models arriving daily. When not at work displaying Cadillac's, he enjoys baseball, custom cars, and being at the pool with friends and family. Lemmy is excited to being part of the Devoe family and we are grateful to have him.

Brian is a new member to the DeVoe Automotive Group, but certainly not to the DeVoe family. His father Ron began working here in 1968 with Dick DeVoe. Brian joined the PGA in 1999 and has worked at the prestigious Kensington Country Club and also The Golf Club of The Everglades. Cadillac's are his passion and he loves displaying them in such clever positions. Married with two sons, the oldest is serving our country in the United States Army. He enjoys working with American made products and likes that he works with a local owner that has maintained the status of #1 Pre-owned Cadillac dealer in the country!

A twelve year veteran at DeVoe, Tina is behind the scenes making sales go smoothly all day long. Originally from Columbus, OH, Tina has been enjoying Naples for over a decade with her six year old son, Jared. Tina enjoys reading, spending time with family and hanging out with friends in beautiful Naples.
